Meet Florence

Florence is your AI marketing assistant. You’ll find her at Dashboard → Agent (the page is titled Florence Assistant), and she’s available on paid plans.

She works in two ways: you can talk to her directly, and she can quietly keep watch in the background.

Open her console and ask about your campaigns and socials in plain language — what’s performing, what a variant is missing, what to try next on a connected platform. She has the context of your workspace, so answers are about your campaigns, not marketing in general.

Beyond chat, Florence can run a strategic loop in the background. On her own schedule she:

  1. Wakes up and gathers workspace context — your active campaigns, connected platforms, her current autonomy setting, and which variants you’ve starred.
  2. Reviews what’s changed and makes a bounded decision about what’s worth doing or suggesting.
  3. Proposes next moves, then schedules her next check-in.

Think of it as a colleague who periodically walks the floor, notices things, and writes them up — rather than one you have to brief every morning.

You decide how much Florence may do on her own. The dial has four settings:

  • Observe — “Watches and reports. Never acts on its own.” This is today’s default: Florence ships in Observe, so out of the box she only tells you what she sees.
  • Assist — “Drafts and suggests. You approve everything.”
  • Operate — “Handles safe work. Asks before high-impact moves.”
  • Auto — “Acts on its own. You’ll see everything here after.”

In preview: Assist, Operate, and Auto are rolling out gradually; Observe is today’s default.

Even at the higher settings, publishing and high-impact spend require your approval unless a move is explicitly low-risk.

Starring: the guardrail on what she may use

Section titled “Starring: the guardrail on what she may use”

Autonomy controls how much Florence may do; starring controls what she may do it with.

Florence may only use campaign variants you’ve explicitly starred for autonomous socials — a toggle on the variant in campaign detail. Everything else stays draft-only: she can prepare and suggest, but nothing unstarred reaches your audience on its own.

Starring is opt-in per variant, so your creative stays under your control even when her autonomy is dialed up.

Every action Florence takes — in chat or in the strategic loop — is logged in her console. You can always trace what she did, when, and why. There are no silent moves.

Florence can draw on data beyond SparkleTree — for example, your WooCommerce store, so she can reason about products and orders when proposing campaign moves.

When you connect a source, the credentials are stored encrypted, and Florence never sees them raw — she works through an opaque connection, not your keys.

  1. Make sure your platforms are linked: Connect your accounts.
  2. Open Dashboard → Agent and start a conversation about a live campaign.
  3. Leave her in Observe for a while and read what she reports — you’ll quickly get a feel for how she thinks before considering the preview settings.

To see the results she’ll be talking about, keep the Socials feed handy.
