What is SparkleTree?

SparkleTree is a context-aware marketing platform. You describe what you want to promote, and it builds campaigns whose ads talk with your visitors — and adapt to where, when, and how they’re seen.

The ad itself is called a Squid: your campaign’s living, conversational ad. It greets, talks, and adapts. Instead of a static banner, a Squid opens with a greeting, makes your pitch, and invites a conversation — visitors can tap suggested questions or ask their own, and get grounded answers about your product.

A Squid doesn’t show the same face to everyone. It reads context signals — weather, location, time of day — and adjusts what it says. A rainy Tuesday afternoon and a sunny Saturday morning can get different openings from the same campaign, without you writing either one by hand.

One campaign deploys to every place you can reach a customer:

  • Your own website, with a single embed script
  • Your public brand page and campaign pages
  • Physical screens, kiosks, and digital signage
  • QR codes on tables, posters, and packaging — scans are tracked, and the conversation continues on the visitor’s phone
  • Meta ads (Facebook and Instagram), and organic posts on connected social platforms

You don’t rebuild the creative per channel. The campaign is the unit; the places it appears are called surfaces.

Each campaign holds several variants — alternative creatives making the same case in different ways. SparkleTree’s Adaptive selection (you’ll see it in the app as “Adaptive CVG”) learns which variant performs and shows winners more often. You don’t pick a winner up front; the campaign finds it in the wild. Prefer full control? Switch a campaign to timed rotation instead.

A brand page that’s ready for the AI era

Section titled “A brand page that’s ready for the AI era”

Publishing your brand gives you a public page at your own address — a free yourname.sparkletree.io subdomain, or your own domain. It lists your live campaigns, carries your colors, logos, and voice, and comes wired for how people find brands now: structured data for search engines, and machine-readable surfaces (llms.txt, an agent card, a built-in /ask endpoint) so AI assistants can discover your brand and answer questions about it accurately. Pair with a search term you may see: GSO (Generative Search Optimization) — SEO’s counterpart for AI answer engines.

  • Products are the things you promote. Add one by pasting a URL, importing from your website, or entering details by hand.
  • Campaigns are goals attached to products — “increase weekend sales”, “launch the new menu”. You create one by describing the goal in your own words.
  • Squids and variants are the creative. Each campaign generates a Squid with multiple variants; Adaptive selection sorts out which variant earns the spotlight.
  • Surfaces are where campaigns appear: your site, your brand page, screens, QR codes, ads. Managed under Network in the dashboard.
  • Analytics closes the loop: impressions, reach, engagement, conversions — plus a live feed and variant-level performance.

Two more names you’ll meet early:

  • Brand is your identity — colors, logos, voice — and your public page. You edit it in Dashboard → Brand and publish with Publish.
  • Florence is your AI marketing assistant. On paid plans, Florence watches your workspace and reports what it sees; deeper autonomy modes are in preview.
  • Get your account ready: Setup guide — sign up, import your brand, add a product, claim your subdomain.
  • Do it all in one sitting: Your first 30 minutes — a single walkthrough from brand import to a live campaign.
  • Go deeper on campaigns: Your first campaign and the rest of the campaigns and products section.
  • Polish your public presence: the brand section, including Publishing your brand.
  • Connect social platforms and meet Florence: the socials section.

You don’t need to read everything. Set up, run the tutorial, and come back for the rest when a question sends you here.
