Connect your accounts

You connect each social platform once per workspace, and every campaign can then use it. All connections live in Dashboard → Settings, where each platform has its own card showing its current status.

Connect Meta (Facebook and Instagram)

Meta is SparkleTree’s most complete integration: ad deploys, organic posting to your Facebook Page and Instagram, and insights all flow through this one connection.

  1. Go to Dashboard → Settings and find the Meta card.
  2. Click connect and sign in with Facebook. SparkleTree uses OAuth via Facebook Login for Business, so you grant access without sharing your password.
  3. Approve the requested permissions and pick the assets you want to use.

Note: Connecting Meta accounts requires a workspace admin. Deploying ads afterward is open to editors and above — see Automatic ad management.

Once connected, your workspace can deploy ad campaigns to Meta, publish organic posts to your Facebook Page and Instagram, and view Meta insights. SparkleTree refreshes the connection’s tokens automatically; if the connection does lapse, reconnect from the same card.

Connect Bluesky

Bluesky supports organic posting and real-time listening. There are no Bluesky ads — the AT Protocol has no ads API — so that’s by design, not a limitation.

  1. On the Settings page, find the Bluesky card.
  2. Click connect and sign in with your Bluesky account. SparkleTree uses ATProto OAuth.

After connecting you can:

  • Post text, links, and images from SparkleTree. Every image needs alt text before it can go out — this keeps your posts accessible.
  • Listen in real time. Open the Realtime settings panel on the Bluesky card to set listening rules: keywords, handles, and domains to include or exclude. Rules you set here apply workspace-wide by default, and you can add per-campaign rules on top. Connect Reddit

Reddit is connect-and-read today; posting and ads are in preview.

  1. On the Settings page, find the Reddit card.
  2. Click connect and sign in with your Reddit account via OAuth.

The Reddit card shows capability badges so you always know what the connection can do right now — for example Ads write gated or Organic write disabled when those actions aren’t yet enabled for your workspace. You may also see statuses like Connected, Approval required, or Needs reconnect; if the card says Needs reconnect, click through to re-authorize.

In preview: Reddit posting and ad deploys are in preview. Connect today so your workspace is ready when they open up.

Connect TikTok

TikTok is connect-only today.

  1. On the Settings page, find the TikTok card.
  2. Click connect and sign in with your TikTok account via OAuth.

In preview: TikTok posting and ads are in preview. Connecting now means no extra setup later.

Disconnect or reconnect

Each platform card in Settings is also where you manage the connection later. If a platform reports a problem — an expired login, revoked permissions, or a Needs reconnect status on the Reddit card — return to the card and reconnect. Your campaigns and history in SparkleTree stay put; reconnecting just restores the link.
