The reservation of a Hero or Cta, with no live behaviour. Use it as
the Suspense fallback around a server component that reads copy and then
renders the island:

for at most RESERVE_FAILSAFE_MS (5 seconds) from its first paint, then
shows the fallback; the island that replaces it measures that same time.
Copy that arrives inside it lands in the blank slot; copy that arrives
after it is not shown, and the fallback stays, final for the view. It
works outside a SparkletreeProvider.
