Setup guide

This guide takes you from a fresh signup to a workspace that’s ready for its first campaign. Budget about fifteen minutes.

Go to app.sparkletree.io and sign up. Your account comes with a workspace — the shared home for your brand, products, campaigns, and team. If you’re the only person in it, you have admin rights automatically.

Already invited by a teammate? Use the invitation link they sent instead; it signs you into their workspace directly.

On first sign-in, the dashboard walks you through initial setup. Follow it — it covers the essentials in order, and you can return to it later from Settings if you skip a step.

You could fill in colors, logos, and voice by hand — but if you have a website, don’t.

  1. Open Dashboard → Brand. You land on the Brandbook tab.

  2. Use Start from your website: paste your website URL.

  3. SparkleTree reads your site and derives your colors, logo, tagline, and voice into a draft. Nothing goes live yet.

  4. Review the draft in the live preview on the left. Adjust anything under Atmosphere (colors and mood), Marks (logos), and Voice (tagline and tone).

  5. When it looks right, click Publish to publish. Edits save as a draft automatically as you go; Publish is what makes them live, and only workspace admins can do it.

Tip: The Setup checklist on the Brand page tracks what’s left to complete. It’s dismissible once you’re done with it.

Products are what your campaigns promote.

  1. Go to Dashboard → Products and create a new product.

  2. Pick your lane: paste a product URL, import from your website, or enter details manually.

  3. If you enter details manually without an image, the product is created as a draft — an image is required to activate it, and for AI placement. Add one when you have it.

The URL and website lanes pull details for you, so start there when you can.

  1. Go to Dashboard → Settings and find the Team section.

  2. Enter their email and choose a role: Admin, Editor, Member, or Viewer.

  3. Send the invite. They accept via the link in their email, sign in, and land in your workspace.

Roles gate what people can do — viewers see analytics, members and editors create and publish campaigns, admins control settings, billing actions, and brand publishing. Seat counts vary by plan. For the full breakdown, see Roles and permissions.

Your brand page needs an address.

  1. Open Dashboard → Brand and switch to the Publishing tab.

  2. In the Domains section, claim your free yourname.sparkletree.io subdomain.

  3. It’s live instantly — no DNS setup, no waiting.

Once claimed, your published brand page is on the web at that address, and every campaign you publish there gets its own page under it.

Note: You can connect your own domain later — add a CNAME record pointing to connect.sparkletree.io and SparkleTree handles the certificate. The subdomain is the zero-effort way to be live today.

You now have a workspace, a published brand, a product, and a public address. Next: create your first campaign. The best way to do that is the onboarding tutorial — a single 30-minute walkthrough that ends with a live campaign on your brand page.
