Publishing your brand page
Your brand page is your public home on the web: a page at your own address that shows who you are and what’s on right now. This guide covers the Publishing tab of Dashboard → Brand — where you preview the page, give it an address, and share it.
If you haven’t set up your identity yet, start with Your brand in SparkleTree.
Preview your live page
Section titled “Preview your live page”The left side of the Publishing tab shows your actual live page — not a mock-up, the real thing. You can:
- Toggle between desktop and mobile views.
- Reload the preview after publishing changes.
- Open the page in a new tab to see it exactly as visitors do.
If your page isn’t live yet, the preview tells you what’s missing — usually a domain, or a first Publish.
Give your page an address
Section titled “Give your page an address”You have two options, and you can use both. When you do, one domain is canonical — the “real” address that search engines and share links point to.
Claim your free subdomain
Section titled “Claim your free subdomain”The quickest route. Pick a name and claim yourname.sparkletree.io. It’s live instantly — no DNS setup, nothing to configure. This is the right first step for almost everyone: you can share a working page today and connect your own domain later.
Connect your own domain
Section titled “Connect your own domain”If you own a domain (say, rosastaqueria.com), you can point it at your SparkleTree page:
- In the Domains section, choose Use my own domain and enter it.
- In your domain provider’s settings, add a CNAME record pointing your host to
connect.sparkletree.io. - Come back to SparkleTree. Verification checks automatically every 30 seconds — you don’t need to click anything.
- Once the record is found, a security certificate is issued for you. This usually takes 15–60 minutes.
When verification completes, your domain serves your page over a secure connection, automatically.
Tip: Not sure where to add a CNAME? Your domain provider (GoDaddy, Namecheap, Cloudflare, and so on) has a DNS or records page — look for “Add record”, choose CNAME, and paste
connect.sparkletree.ioas the target.
Share your page
Section titled “Share your page”The Share your page card gives you everything you need to spread the word:
- Copy link — your page’s canonical URL, ready to paste anywhere.
- Share-card preview — see exactly how your link will look when someone pastes it into iMessage, X, or a group chat. The preview shows your real share image, so there are no surprises.
- QR code download — a scannable code for posters, table tents, flyers, or a window sticker. Anyone who scans it lands on your page.
- Ask an AI about this page — one-click links that open ChatGPT, Claude, Perplexity, or Grok with your page ready to discuss. Try it yourself: it’s a quick way to see that AI assistants can actually read and talk about your brand. See How your page gets found for why that works.
Fill in your public identity
Section titled “Fill in your public identity”The Public identity section holds the facts about your business that appear on your page and feed search:
- Website — your existing site, if you have one.
- Socials — links to your profiles so visitors can find you everywhere.
- Where to find you — your address and contact details.
Note: “Where to find you” does more than display an address. It powers local search: it tells Google and AI assistants that you’re a real business at a real location, so you show up when someone nearby asks “what’s around here tonight?”
What your published page contains
Section titled “What your published page contains”Once live, your address serves:
- Your brand home — your identity (colors, marks, tagline) plus a list of every live campaign. When a campaign goes live, it appears here; when it ends, it disappears. The page stays current without you touching it.
- A page for each campaign — every live campaign gets its own shareable page under your domain.
- A built-in AI concierge — every page can answer questions. A visitor’s AI assistant can ask your page “what’s on tonight?” and get a real answer, grounded in your live campaigns, with links back to them.
Publishing changes
Section titled “Publishing changes”Remember the draft model from the Brandbook: edits autosave as a draft, and an admin clicks Publish to take them live. The same applies here — your live page updates when an admin publishes, and the preview reloads to match.
Where to go next
Section titled “Where to go next”- How your page gets found — what happens behind the scenes so people and AIs discover your page.
